I am still waiting for my policy document since July ,every time I call them they said they will email it to me but till today I didn’t receive it.

This life cover was added to my account without my consent and has been debited from my account multiple times. I have put in multiple requests to have it removed as I do not have the option to remove it myself and am being ignored completely. I would advise anyone, if you are not contacting Miway for this cover, say no to what the consultants say. They only lie and steal from their clients.

I took out cover about a month ago,i just noticed that the Debit order didn’t go through, I have also requested for policy docs to be sent through, im still waiting. I’m really disappointed with the service.at this stage I didn’t even know if I even have cover!! Can someone urgently call me back!

I have since spoken to the consultant who said he will email me the policy documents, I haven’t received anything and now my account will be debited. i want to cancel it before i get debited
