Rentmeester Life Insurance is part of Rentmeester Assurance Limited which was established as a subsidiary of Capital Alliance Holdings, who in turn are controlled by Liberty Holdings Limited. In 2008, Capital Alliance Limited acquired the entire issued share capital of Rentmeester.
