SAFRICAN people are very slow and they don’t care about customers. they take a month just to respond to queries. I’ve had it with them they just don’t care. And i just called now the lady said to me its not her problem that the policy lapsed, she never asked why and for her information i did pay i have receipts.

I am forever waiting for policy schedule as per 14 June 2016, it’s now towards the end of the year, what’s going on and I wonder how long am I going to wait in case of claim if I wait half a year for just documents!
